A balances diet provides essential nutrients and healthy fats needed for strong bones, teeth, muscles and brain function.
Our meal routine ensures that children are offered a variety of nutritious foods which help to shape lifelong preferences.

A typical days meal routine at Littleleaps
Breakfast
7:30am-8:45am

Selection of cereals, toast and fruit.
AM Snack
10:00am

Selection of fruit and/or vegetable sticks
&
a baked breaded product
Lunch
12:00pm

Hot lunch meal with either a starter or dessert
or
packed lunch from home
PM Snack
2:00pm

Selection of fruit and/or vegetable sticks
&
a baked breaded product
Tea
4:00pm

A packed tea from home, or a few small snacks from home if the family plans to have tea together later

Nursery Hot Lunch
Our nursery lunches are nutritious homemade meals.
Nursery lunch is a main course with either a starter or dessert.
They are cooked from fresh daily at our sister nursery 'Littleleaps' and transported here in time for a 12pm lunch! Nursery Hot Lunch can be added to your child's day.

Packed Lunch & Packed Tea
If you don't wish to make the most of the nursery prepared hot meals your child is more than welcome to bring in a packed lunch from home.

We encourage parents to provide one that is healthy and balanced. Ideas for your child's lunch box can be found here.
