Healthy Eating

Littleleaps understands the importance of healthy eating.

It is important that children receive all the nutrients they need to grow and develop.

A balances diet provides essential nutrients and healthy fats needed for strong bones, teeth, muscles and brain function.

Our meal routine ensures that children are offered a variety of nutritious foods which help to shape lifelong preferences.

Nutritious meals support better attention, memory and problem-solving abilities.

Nursery Hot Lunch

Our nursery lunches are nutritious homemade meals.

Nursery lunch is a main course with either a starter or dessert.

They are cooked from fresh daily at our sister nursery 'Littleleaps' and transported here in time for a 12pm lunch! Nursery Hot Lunch can be added to your child's day.

Packed Lunch & Packed Tea

If you don't wish to make the most of the nursery prepared hot meals your child is more than welcome to bring in a packed lunch from home.

We encourage parents to provide one that is healthy and balanced. Ideas for your child's lunch box can be found here.
