The official first day of Autumn was today and therefore the children in the baby room enjoyed exploring an Autumn tuff tray. Autumn colours/ items such as leaves was incorporated into the activity. The children were encouraged to break these items from frozen ice. The children also used paintbrushes to mark make onto paper using the water from the melted ice. This left orange prints on their work. One child said "smash" as they broke the ice and "round and round" as they moved their paintbrush around. There were lots of smiles and cheering throughout the activity! well done babies
