Happy SPACE day.
Welcome to our space activities for the day
We have explored our very own space station which included a moving robot, telescope and planet facts, laptop and space information too.
We had a range of messy play activities throughout the day including moon sand, shaving foam and water; taking us on our very own adventure to space.
We explored a moon lamp and how this looked in the dark.
This sparked lot of exciting questions and fascination.
This afternoon we are looking forward to making space packs using bottles and foil and other creative materials too. “It’s space day” one child exclaimed as they jumped up and down; showing so much awe and wonder as they gazed at the moon lamp.
