Library

Joining your local library is a great activity to do with your children. The excitement of getting their very own library card, and discovering the huge range of free resources on offer can be an excellent way to further a child's love of reading and story.

You can use this website to find your local library services by adding your postcode:

A link for Grantham's local library is....https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/directory-record/63981/grantham-library

Currently Grantham library are offering a free reading initiative where children can win stickers and medals too.

Once you are at the library you can choose books that you would like to borrow and take home, or even take advantage of the fun new space to share a story together. If you have younger children it might make sense to ask about weekly story and singing sessions that many libraries provide.
