Fitness fun

At LittleLeaps we recognise the importance of physical activity and the health benefits this has for our children. Therefore, we carry out a range of physical activities such as yoga. The picture below shows the children participating in one of our a yoga classes.




The children often interact with their peers and staff throughout the physical activities at LittleLeaps. Therefore, we believe this can help build children's confidence and improve their social skills. The benefits of yoga are that it can:
